Board Composition
The ultimate authority is the Annual General Meeting. The Board comprises nine elected members, plus two representatives from Lagos State Ministry of Commerce and Lagos State Cooperative Federation Ltd.

Board of Trustees
Three members (President, VP, Treasurer) elected at AGM run daily activities with the GM. Each of the 21 Cooperative Unions is represented on the Board upon fulfilling share conditions of ₦600,000 or more.
